Fire protection design
Our evacuation simulations can verify safe evacuation of buildings, optimize emergency egress routes, provide insight on the behaviour of occupants, simulate different scenarios, and provide opportunities for extending useful spaces while supporting safety. Our heat- and smoke ventilation simulations can verify and optimize a building’s heat and smoke ventilation systems, evaluate the presence of visibility-limiting smoke or dangerous gases and provide accurate feedback on the effectiveness of built-in fire protection systems, like fire suppression sprinklers. Both simulations are based on actual CAD models of a building and with constant research by our team members we ensure that we can support the design process with reliable, accurate feedback on fire safety.
